They were non waving a goodbye nor were they waving a welcome; yet it was more of an indifferent gesture of ack at a timeledgement with which they greeted the weary citizens of an nonagenarian seat of government; no, rather it was a townsfolk, for a city it had not been in quite about cartridge clip.
